Dave is the boss and the brains behind the operation. He is a farmer by trade and misses farming everyday. He and his wife are parents of 4 sons, 2 daughters and giddy grandparents of 7 spoiled grandsons.
Spencer is a bean-counter with a farming background. He’s always looking to get out of the office and get some "tractor therapy." Between tax season, hay season and his 6 kids, he probably deserves it every now and then.
Dallin is usually running around trying to look busy. He keeps the crew organized but ironically can’t focus on one task for more than 10 minutes. He is obsessed with ice hockey, and subsequently only works 8 months of the year.
Kendall works in purchasing, and "negotiates" with vendors on golf courses. When he‘s not wheeling and dealing, he is circulating cheesy jokes and can often be found day dreaming about his wife. He is the proud father of his wife’s puppy.
Logan is about as "metro" as a country boy can get (imagine Luke Bryan with tighter pants and perfect hair). He handles purchasing and stocking inventory, and can be found out-singing the "Justin Beiber" Pandora station while doing either.
Brian is the office‘s most eligible bachelor and deals with tech support, IT, and testing of machines. He’s kind of like bigfoot... we know he’s out there, we see evidence of his activities, and sometimes we catch a glimpse of him.
Lloyd is our Safety Advisor. He reminds us of OSHA standards, and has personally found and experienced dangerous situations we never thought possible. He is also one of the best pipe-dopers west of the Mississippi.
Chase is Production Manager. Others describe him as the "quarterback" although no one here has ever seen a quarterback that small. He may look and sound ticked off most of the time, but that‘s because... well ok, he’s just ticked.
McKay works in parts, but can install baler hardware like a champ. Like several of the guys here, he’s usually wearing camo and ready to go hunting at the drop of a hat.
Troy works in production just enough to support his addiction of the outdoors. He can be summed up in three words: beard, hunting, camo. ’nuff said!
Marin answers the phones, pays the bills, keeps us well-behaved and handles just about anything else we throw at her. As the only female in the office, she does not have an easy job, but she puts up with us slobs pretty well!
Justin is over HR and Marketing. He is quickly learning about the farming culture and can fake his way through nearly any farming conversation- just don’t ask him to drive your tractor.
Matt is the office transient with a fancy bluetooth headset that handles parts, logistics and a little marketing. Although he has his own office, he‘s usually using someone else’s. No one ever knows where to find him, and we’re pretty sure he likes it that way.
Casey is a full-time "temp." As the newest member of the production crew, he‘s still learning the ropes but he doesn’t mind, he’s just glad that "temp" is just a nickname, and no longer a position.
Billy is our Facilities Maintenance Man. He loves his wife, his purple truck, and the company‘s little green tractor. When he’s not on the tractor, you can find him with a rag or mop in his hand... or walking around like a lost puppy dog.
As Dave‘s older brothers, he’s been behind the scenes since the 90’s. He was previously the Mayor of the metropolis Oak City, Utah (pop. 800) We were honored when he was willing to grace us with his presence full-time. He hangs out in our testing shop, occasionally troubleshoots machines, and helps with tech support when he feels like it.
Terry is our wiring technician. He has arguably the most tedious job around, yet he somehow seems to like it. His fingers are nimble, yet harder than the music he listens to allowing the stripping, trimming and setting of wires at record speeds!
Bryson is the baby of the family. That’s all you need to know...he does what he wants, he gets what he wants, and everyone has to be nice to him.
John is an Engineer. He "designs" things - every so often they are things we can use. He‘s from a small farm town so he likes playing in the dirt more than he likes playing in SolidWorks, but he’s pretty good at both.
Kelton is the newest addition to our production team. To call him a gun fanatic would be a severe understatement. He’s built/customized more guns than most people will even see in a lifetime and refuses to disclose just how many he owns.
