When needed we can connect directly to your machine via the internet and provide whatever level of assistance you may need as follows:
- Remote monitoring of important operating parameters to protect your machine and the hay you are baling. If something gets out of bounds your machine will alert the Operator and Us and even You as a farm owner if you want.
- Remote Operator Training. We can observe what your operator is doing and offer assistance at the level he needs it in real time.
- Remote Troubleshooting and Diagnostics. If you do have a problem we can find out what it is and get the solution quickly.
- Remote Machine Operation. We can actually operate the machine for you if needed and you can see on your screen exactly what we are doing
