We began research and development of the Steam Dew Simulation process in 1994. In 1995 the first concept machine was in the field. Three generations of machines were developed and tested by 1998. By that time it was well established that moisture in the form of Steam, could be effectively added to dry forage crops such as Alfalfa, Grass and Grain Forages during the baling process. Since then we have been through several levels of development and have made significant discoveries and improvements. We have now introduced the "DewPoint 6110" to the market.
This Patented technology enables hay growers to bale hay anytime the crop is sufficiently dry, without the need to wait for natural dew.
